Shipping information
The products you ordered are delivered to Hungary by Packet Trans Kft. Domestic and integrated parcel delivery - Packet Trans Kft. collects the parcels at the place indicated by the Client and delivers the parcels in accordance with the sender's request, in such a way that it remains under its supervision from collection to delivery. Orders outside Hungary are delivered by Posta.
The shipment and information related to the shipment can also be tracked by the sender, and proof of delivery can be retrieved at any time (within the statute of limitations).
In the event of a change of address, Packet Trans Kft. undertakes address correction and delivery to the corrected address.
The service also includes a second delivery attempt after a failed delivery.
Based on the order of the sender or recipient, the package will be delivered to a new address or to the original address but at a different time.
If you cannot receive the package within the time frame determined by the Courier Service, the courier service will automatically return the package to us for a separate fee. In this case, the customer is obliged to reimburse our company for the original courier fee + the return shipping fee!
The mixed courier service notification is the subject of a courier service complaint on the part of the customer, we do not assume any financial responsibility arising from this!
Delivery fee within Hungary:
- Shipping cost to Hungary with cash on delivery: HUF 2990
- With advance payment: 2990ft
Delivery fee outside Hungary: HUF 4900 (EU) or HUF 8900 (Non- EU)
